Tabetha joined Coal Creek Law in October 2021. Her practice areas include real estate transactions, estate planning and probate, along with general civil litigation. Tabetha also works with local governments and municipalities. Tabetha is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska.
Tabetha is a Wyoming native from the Cheyenne area. After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Tabetha worked for the State of Wyoming Right-of-Way Department buying and selling land for the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Tabetha also worked for the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office processing surface and groundwater permit applications and researching water rights.
After working in real estate and water rights, Tabetha decided to attend law school at the University of Georgia, which is ranked among the top 30 law schools in the country. During law school, Tabetha participated in the small business clinic, corporate counsel clinic, environmental clinic and practicum, and externed with the Gwinnett County Attorney’s Office.
Outside of the office, Tabetha enjoys exploring Wyoming’s great outdoors, with hunting, fishing, and hiking.
